TrueCraft Construction is one of Orange County's fastest-growing residential construction companies. We specialize in roofing, exterior painting, ADUs, patio covers, windows, hardscape and exterior remodeling, and we're looking for an experienced canvasser who knows how to generate quality homeowner appointments.
Top performers have the opportunity to earn well above their hourly wage through performance bonuses.

Minimum 1 year of door-to-door canvassing experience
Reliable transportation
Available to work throughout Orange County
Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
What You'll Do
Generate qualified homeowner appointments through door-to-door canvassing
Represent TrueCraft Construction professionally and with integrity
Educate homeowners about our roofing, painting, ADU, patio cover, window, and remodeling services
Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals
Work closely with our sales team to help grow the company
