We are a growing pool maintenance and repair business. We have been in the business for 20 + years servicing residential pools all over San Diego areas. We're a family owned business and value all our employees. We are looking to add a part time employee to join our team.
Requirements:
1. Valid Driver License.
2. Own a Cell phone.
3. Arrive each day on time and ready to work.
4. Will pay for training if you have no experience.
5. No Felonies or criminal record.
6. Driving record in good standing .
7. Reliable , hard working individual.
8. Likes Dogs
Duties:
To maintain 20-30 pools each week by:
*Skimming
* Brushing the walls
* Chemical balance
* Vacuuming
* Empty skimmer basket
* Being Friendly to the homeowners if they come out and say hi.
* Filter cleans (available if you want to make extra money after your 90 day probation).
Compensation:
- We provide a work truck for you to do your pool route with. But If you have your own truck and you prefer to use it you can . You will be compensated for gas if you use your own truck.
- $13 per pool (if you're efficient you can do 2 or 3 pools in one hour making up to $39 an hour).
- $45 per filter clean.
- Christmas Bones every year after one year of being with the company.
- $25 dollar bonus every time you get a compliment from a customer.
- We pay on time every 2 weeks.
