We 're looking for Prep and Line Cooks to join our founding team — the backbone of our kitchen and the ones bringing our scratch-made recipes to life.

Your Impact:
- Prep, portion, and assemble food with precision — cold station or hot line
- Cook across broilers, ovens, sauté, and grill (Line Cooks)
- Master your station and build dishes fast, accurate, and beautifully plated
- Keep ingredients, prep timing, and par levels on point to stay ahead of the rush
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe kitchen at all times
- Communicate with your team to keep service running smoothly

What You Bring:
- 18+ years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
- Food handler certification (or willing to get one)
- Line Cooks: solid knife skills & cooking technique a must
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
