We are a property management company seeking a personable, organized professional to join our team. This role will serve as an onsite presence across a diverse portfolio that includes residential apartment communities and light industrial properties, with a strong focus on leasing, tenant relations, and property marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Assisting with leasing activity across residential and commercial properties
• Communicating with prospective and current tenants to support occupancy goals
• Supporting onsite residential property managers with day-to-day operations
• Marketing available units and spaces across relevant platforms
• Coordinating maintenance requests and following up to ensure completion
• Researching products, vendors, and services that enhance tenant experience
• Assisting with capital and tenant improvement projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned based on portfolio needs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• A people person who is professional, responsive, and tenant-focused
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• At least two years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field
• Proficiency in standard office software and comfortable learning new tools
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
