Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing: Generate leads, conduct property tours, and promote apartment features to meet target occupancy rates.Application Processing: Collect application fees, run credit and background checks, and verify prospective tenant income and references.Lease Execution: Finalize and prepare lease agreements, collect deposits/rent, and ensure a smooth move-in process.Resident Relations: Address tenant complaints, coordinate maintenance requests, and manage lease renewals to promote resident retention.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED; some college or a bachelor's degree in business or real estate is a plus.Experience: 1–2 years in customer-facing sales, leasing, or property management.Software: Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office.Knowledge: Familiarity with Equal Housing Opportunity and Fair Housing regulations.
