Our work environment is unique as we constantly have new and fun pets to see every day! From daily daycare pups to dogs and cats boarding for the weekend! We also have a facility cat, Jojo!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a part time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Experience in sales is a PLUS!
Schedule:
2-3 weekdays: 8am to 5:30pm
1 weekend day: 8am to3:30pm.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with key information about our services
- Check-in and check-out pets efficiently
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems, make reservations, and manage online booking platforms
- Collaborate with oback of house to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Experience with front desk receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
- Strong guest service orientation and excellent guest relations skills
