IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience deploying technology, supporting end users, and participating in a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade project.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Assist with the deployment and setup of desktop computers, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and other peripherals.
- Support the organization-wide rollout of Microsoft Windows 11.
- Organize and manage cable installations to ensure clean, functional workstations.
- Work directly with hospital staff to ensure deployed equipment meets their operational needs.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during deployments.
- Independently identify and report workstation issues, inconsistencies, or anomalies to the IT team.
- Help maintain accurate deployment documentation and inventory records.

High School Education
