Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience deploying technology, supporting end users, and participating in a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade project.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Assist with the deployment and setup of desktop computers, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and other peripherals.
Support the organization-wide rollout of Microsoft Windows 11.
Organize and manage cable installations to ensure clean, functional workstations.
Work directly with hospital staff to ensure deployed equipment meets their operational needs.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during deployments.
Independently identify and report workstation issues, inconsistencies, or anomalies to the IT team.
Help maintain accurate deployment documentation and inventory records.

High School Education
