Do you enjoy talking with people and helping customers?
We're looking for 3 motivated Phone Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
This is NOT cold calling.
You'll be speaking with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our company and the professional cleaning services we provide. Your job is to answer incoming inquiries, follow up with interested prospects, educate customers, and schedule appointments for our field team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Call warm leads who requested information
- Follow up on estimates
- Build rapport with homeowners
- Explain our services and promotions
- Schedule appointments
- Keep customer information updated in our CRM
- Help convert inquiries into booked jobs
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
