Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Baker who is also comfortable driving a company vehicle for local deliveries when needed. The ideal candidate has some baking experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake buns, breads, rolls, and other bakery items from scratch
Measure, mix, shape, and proof dough according to recipes and production schedules
Maintain product quality and consistency standards
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
Load and transport bakery products using a company vehicle
Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
Keep work areas, equipment, and delivery vehicle clean and organized
Assist with additional bakery production tasks as needed
Qualifications
Some professional or commercial baking experience preferred
Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency
Ability to maintain quality standards across all batches and production runs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and organized, living near Vista, Ca would be a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
