Responsibilities
Administer medications and assist with medication management
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR)
Assist with meal service, resident transfers, and activities
Respond to resident calls and emergencies
Support admissions and help train new staff
Qualifications
Previous Med Tech, caregiver, or Assisted Living experience preferred
Current First Aid Certification
Food Handler's Certificate
Ability to pass a physical, TB test, and fingerprint clearance
Strong communication and computer skills
