Role Description The Contract Coordinator is a contract role based on-site in the Greater Orlando area, supporting the end-to-end management of real estate contracts. In this role, the coordinator reviews purchase agreements and related documents for accuracy and compliance, tracks key dates and contingencies, and ensures all required signatures and disclosures are obtained on time. The position involves daily communication with internal teams, agents, title companies, and customers to resolve contract issues, provide status updates, and maintain clear documentation. The coordinator will update systems and records, maintain organized digital files, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency in contract administration.
Qualifications
- Strong contract administration and document management skills, including reviewing, organizing, and tracking real estate or legal documents.
- Proficiency with office software and CRM or contract management systems; ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or a related field is preferred; knowledge of basic contract terms and processes is beneficial.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate license required or ability to obtain.
