Vinarius Wine Bar & Restaurant, in the heart of Little Italy, San Diego, is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Busser to join our front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
- Clear, sanitize, and reset dining tables promptly and meticulously to maintain our service standards.
- Support the service team by managing water, bread service, and polishing glassware and silverware.
- Ensure the dining room, lounge, and service stations remain clean, organized, and immaculate throughout the shift.
- Safely and quietly transport tableware and glassware to the dishwashing station.
- Execute opening, running, and closing side-work efficiently and professionally.
