Barista / Coffee Team Member
Part-Time | San Diego County | $20–$24/hour plus tips
Reflect Coffee is a mobile coffee trailer serving handcrafted coffee, tea, smoothies, and pastries throughout San Diego County. We launched earlier this year and are looking for someone flexible to join us for pop-up events, weekend markets, and more consistent early morning weekly locations.
We’re looking for a dependable, positive Barista / Coffee Team Member to join our team. This is a part-time role with opportunities to grow as Reflect Coffee grows. Experience is a plus, but the most important thing we’re looking for is the right person: someone who is kind, motivated, reliable, and excited to make people’s days better. 🌿
What You’ll Do ☕
• Welcome each guest with warmth, kindness, and genuine care
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and assist with handcrafted drinks and food items with precision and consistency
• Help with coffee service setup, breakdown, cleaning, restocking, and keeping the trailer running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Help create a calm, positive experience that makes people feel seen and appreciated

• Willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and pop-up events
• Prior coffee, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
