The position involves greeting a high volume of patients with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, managing a fast moving, multi-provider schedule, answering phones, recalling patients, processing and posting payments, health insurance verifications, keeping the office clean and organized and supplies ordered so we don’t run out of essentials.
