Kaminskiy Care & Repair is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to help homeowners schedule FREE estimates for handyman, repair, and home improvement services.
This is NOT a high-pressure sales position.
You won't be closing deals, collecting payments, or asking homeowners to sign contracts. Your job is simply to introduce homeowners to our services, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for our experienced sales consultants.
For more than 20 years, we've been one of San Diego's most trusted home improvement companies. You'll be working in neighborhoods where we're already completing projects—not randomly knocking on doors with no support.

What You'll Do
Visit assigned San Diego neighborhoods
Speak with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
Introduce our handyman, repair, and remodeling services
Schedule FREE in-home estimates
Record appointments and customer information
Represent Kaminskiy Care & Repair with professionalism and integrity
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for energetic, friendly people who enjoy talking with others and aren't afraid to start conversations.
No canvassing or sales experience is required—we'll train the right person.
