My name is Albert, and I founded Clear San Diego Window Washing 4 1/2 years ago. At the beginning of this year, I partnered with Corey, who recently retired as a Navy SEAL. I work as a Lieutenant in the Fire Department. I was also in the U.S. Coast Guard. We are becoming a well-known business in North County in both residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. We will need managers down the road, so becoming an expert window cleaner will be the first step. The position will be part-time to start and will turn into a full-time position. 90% of our jobs are located in North County, so it would help if you lived in the area for the sake of being close to jobs in the area, training requirements, and for the cost of gas.

- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and repeatedly move and set up a 17-foot extension ladder throughout the workday.
- Reliable truck or car

- Must be available to work the required schedule and be dependable

- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English. You must be well spoken.
- Applicants who live in North County are preferred due to the location of most job sites.
- Part-time transitioning to full-time
$26/hour to start, $30 raise once established. Bonuses based on performance and tips.
