We are seeking Commercial Insurance Brokers to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Looking for people thinking long term as this takes some time to build a book and revenue, our top brokers earn around $200k annually.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable policies based on clients' project requirements
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Manage an organized pipeline of inbound leads and maintain persistent follow up until close
Typical first year brokers earn about $40-$50k, Revenue grows each year typically around 70%
Make efforts cross-sell multiple coverages to each lead
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Efficient with computers (30 type words per minute, familiar with Excel Spreadsheets)
