Finance Manager, FP&A
Location: Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Duration: 5-month contract with possible extension
Pay: $90.00–93.50/hr.
Seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support the US Market Finance team across FP&A, Revenue, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Brand Finance, and Contract Administration. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue analysis, month-end close, and business decision support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Assist with Revenue and GTN processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and net sales analysis.
- Support Brand Finance through performance tracking, spend analysis, and planning.
- Prepare financial presentations highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
- Maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards for the US Market Finance team.
- Support special projects, including system testing (UAT) and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue accounting, GTN, or brand finance.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- SAP experience preferred.
