Job Description
:
Seeking a highly collaborative and hands-on Finance Manager to support the US Market Finance, to provide critical support across FP&A, Revenue and Gross-to-Net (GTN), Brand Finance, and Contract Administration. This role is well suited for a finance professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and detailed level, with a strong willingness to roll up their sleeves and support evolving business needs. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days in the office in Plainsboro NJ.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities which may include the following:
- Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc business analysis.
- Provide support for Revenue and GTN processes, including accruals, reconciliations, net sales analysis, and budget vs actual performance.
- Support Brand Finance for performance tracking, spend analysis, planning activities, and business decision support.
- Prepare and support presentation materials for finance leadership, including analysis of key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities related to revenue, commercial spending, and financial reporting.
- Responsible for ongoing support for on-going reporting requirements to support the US Market Finance team.
- Provide flexible support on special projects and evolving business priorities as needed, which may include User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades
