We're looking for an Associate Systems Engineer who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously learning new technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies while working alongside experienced engineers.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote technical support to business clients
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Support Microsoft 365 users including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Configure and deploy new computers and user accounts
- Perform employee onboarding and offboarding
- Install and configure business applications
- Maintain accurate documentation within Hudu
- Utilize Halo PSA and NinjaOne to manage client environments and support requests
- Travel to client offices throughout the Denver Metro area approximately 1–2 days per week (more when business needs require)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on escalated issues and projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move computers and networking equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reside within the Denver Metro area
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Help Desk, MSP, or technical support experience
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Windows administration experience
- Active Directory experience
- Basic networking knowledge
- Halo PSA, NinjaOne, or other MSP platform experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Microsoft certifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Home lab, technical projects, or IT internships
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000-$65,000 Base Salary
