About the Role
Accounting Academy is seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time College Admissions
Representative to help prospective students begin their educational journey. This role is ideal
for someone with a strong sale or recruiting background who enjoys building relationships,
guiding people through important decisions and contributing to student success.
As an Admissions Representative, you will engage with prospective students, provide
information about our programs, answer questions, and assist applicants through the enrollment
process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, text, and virtual
meetings.
- Build rapport and guide prospective students through the admissions process.
- Conduct admissions interviews and assess applicants' educational goals.
- Follow up with prospective students to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student communications in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions and administrative teams to meet enrollment goals.
- Represent Accounting Academy professionally and provide outstanding customer
service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, admissions, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience recruiting for a college, vocational school, or educational institution is
strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospective students
simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other technology tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
