Are you dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in doing quality work?
We are looking for a Professional Route Service Technician to service established commercial customers throughout North Orange County. This is for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently without constant supervision, and building long-term customer relationships.
This is NOT a janitorial position inside one building. You'll operate a company vehicle, follow a scheduled route, and provide specialized restroom sanitizing, floor care, drain treatment, and other commercial cleaning services for businesses such as restaurants, retail stores, schools, recreational facilities, and offices.

What You'll Do
- Service a scheduled route of commercial customers
- Perform restroom sanitizing, floor care, drain treatments, and related services
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete service documentation using a mobile app
- Take before-and-after service photos
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service with attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
- Professional appearance and communication
- Previous commercial cleaning, route service, facilities maintenance, or customer service experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
