Service Writer Wanted- Weekends Off, Steady Salary, We'll Train You
Tired of retail hours? Sick of commission games? LTEK is a busy, well-established independent diesel repair shop, and we're looking for a friendly, organized person to join our team of Service Advisors.
What you'll do:
Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and keep them updated
Write up repair orders and schedule appointments
Work with our technicians to get accurate information from repairs
Explain recommended repairs in plain English, no pressure selling
Follow up to make sure every customer leaves happy

What we're looking for:
Great with people, friendly on the phone and in person
Organized and dependable
Comfortable with computers
Automotive/Diesel knowledge is a plus, NOT required, customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk, call center)
