What You'll Do
Welcome every client with genuine enthusiasm from the moment they walk in
Build relationships with members and create an exceptional studio experience
Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a positive, professional, and timely manner
Follow up with prospective members and help them find the membership that's right for them
Provide outstanding customer service that keeps members coming back
Learn our sales process and confidently guide prospective members through it
Assist with studio operations, organization, and cleanliness
Work as a team and jump in wherever needed to support the studio
Compensation & Perks
$18/hour plus commission
