What You'll Do:
* Complete service requests and apartment turns
* Perform preventative maintenance
* Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
* Maintain community curb appeal and common areas
* Deliver excellent customer service to residents
What We're Looking For:
* Apartment maintenance experience preferred
* General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* EPA Certification Required
