Japanese Kitchen Staff Wanted – Nagisa Sushi
Nagisa Sushi, a Japanese restaurant in Point Loma, is hiring experienced kitchen staff for lunch and dinner shifts.
What you'll do:
Prepare sushi rolls
Cook Japanese dishes: tempura and other fried items (agemono), grilled dishes (yakimono), and simmered dishes (nimono)
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety standards
Requirements:
Japanese cuisine experience REQUIRED (restaurant kitchen experience in Japanese food)
Able to prepare sushi rolls and cook fried, grilled, and simmered Japanese dishes
Available for lunch shifts, dinner shifts, or both
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Shifts: Lunch and dinner shifts available. Full-time or part-time.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.

Part-time and full-time available; weekend availability strongly preferred
