Ethan Blu Transcendent Art Studio is looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant / Coordinator to help support and grow the gallery and artist.
This is an on-site role based at our Solana Beach studio, focused on supporting marketing including digital, social media, email, website content, customer service and general gallery coordination.
Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
Pay: $26/hour to start
Location: Solana Beach / North County San Diego
Growth: Potential to grow into a larger or full-time role based on performance + potential sales bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media, email, website, and general marketing content, including photos, videos, image editing, and copywriting
- Assist with website content and asset coordination
- Support Google and Meta advertising efforts as needed
- Customer service and gallery/studio support as needed
Ideal Skills / Experience:
- Experience or interest in marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, sales support and building a business
- Strong communication, organization and writing skills
- Comfortable with marketing and social media platforms, including Canva, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus, especially Photoshop, Illustrator or other design & video editing tools
- Interest in art, design, culture, interiors, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or luxury products preferred
