Responsibilities
• Manage accounting in NetSuite
• Job costing and project tracking
• Support billing (T&M, lump sum, SOV/progress billing)
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
• Track budgets, costs, and change orders
• Support AP/AR and financial reporting

Requirements
• 3+ years accounting experience
• NetSuite experience required
• Construction/project accounting preferred
• Experience with job costing and progress billing
• Strong Excel and attention to detail

• Public works / prevailing wage experience
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems

Compensation
• Salary Range $72,000-$92,000, based on experience
