Subworkit Contracting is expanding and we need closers. Serious candidates only.
We're a licensed general contractor with a steady pipeline of residential and commercial jobs across San Diego County — remodels, cleanings, repairs, and more. We have the jobs, the crews, and the platform. We need someone who can go out and sell.
💰 WHAT YOU EARN
Commission per closed deal — paid on project milestone or completion
$2,000–$8,000/month for an active rep, no ceiling
Land a recurring property management account and earn on every service call, month after month
📋 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prospect — cold call, text, and door-knock property managers, HOAs, and homeowners
Follow up on warm inbound leads we generate
Pitch, handle objections, and close on the spot
Book jobs into our system, check in on active clients, collect reviews

Week 1–2: Learn every service, scope, and what clients actually care about
Week 3–4: Field training with a mentor — pitching, objections, closing live
Month 2+: Own your territory, build your recurring pipeline
