American Factory Wheel is looking for an experienced Tire Technician or a motivated Wheel Repair Apprentice to join our growing team.
We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, value quality, and want to build a long-term career—not just another job. Experience with major tire retailers or dealership service departments is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
• $23.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Weekends Off

Responsibilities
• Mount and balance tires
• Perform tire repairs
• Safely lift vehicles and remove/install wheels
• Assist with OEM wheel refinishing and restoration
• Learn structural wheel repair (apprentice position)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Qualifications
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Previous tire shop experience preferred
• Experience with Discount Tire, America's Tire, Firestone, Big O Tires, Les Schwab, Costco Tire Center, or a dealership service department is a strong plus
• Must know how to safely operate a vehicle lift and properly support vehicles using jack stands
• Experience mounting and balancing
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must pass a background check
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
