San Diego's Finest* Bartending Services + Beverage Catering' is currently Seeking male & female event bartenders!
for the past 10+ years we have been providing bartending and beverage catering services to weddings, corporate and private events all over san diego county. We pride ourselves on a culture built on our team approach & guest-centered focus, encourage open communication & exceptional 5-star service. Bartender Responsibilities:
-Greet event guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
-Communicate with guests to make a positive lasting impression.
-Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness.
-Maintain bar area, stocking and setting up.
-Serve alcohol to guest following safe alcohol service guidelines with local, state, and federal laws.
-Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
-Perform light duties, including stocking stations and side work assignment(s).
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience requirements:
-Must be 21 years of age or older.
-must have a vehicle/ability to travel to event locations
-high school diploma
-Minimum of one (1) year bartending experience working at least 20hrs per week
-RBS Certification is a plus.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-Must be outgoing, charismatic, approachable, positive, and guest-centric.
-Basic understanding of or the ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for worksite safety.
-Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
-Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
-Ability to work well as part of a team.
-Ability to follow instructions and respond positively to feedback.
-Ability to maintain personal hygiene.
-Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
-A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
-Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Exceptional attention to detail.
-Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
-Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
-Physically able to stand and move around for extended periods of time.
-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. at times.
-Must be able to work late nights and unpredictable hours.
-Physically able to continuously bend, reach, and twist.
Salary:
$20/hr plus gratuities.
