Role Description The Area Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, responsible for overseeing multiple store locations and ensuring consistent performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing store operations, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Area Leader coaches and trains store teams, supports hiring and onboarding, and promotes a positive, inclusive work environment. This role also involves maintaining brand standards, overseeing inventory and cost controls, and resolving customer and operational issues promptly. The Area Leader collaborates with ownership or senior management to execute promotions, provide feedback from the field, and drive continuous improvement across locations.

- Candidates should possess negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships, resolve conflicts, and support fair, solutions-focused outcomes.
- Previous experience in multi-unit or store management, preferably in food service, hospitality, or retail, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; bilingual language skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
