We're Hiring! Marketing & Sponsorship Assistant (Part-Time)

What You'll Be Doing:
* Create fun and engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva to design eye-catching marketing materials.
* Help build exciting marketing campaigns and social media ads.
* Make cold calls and connect with potential sponsors and business partners.
* Be on camera creating videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
* Occasionally travel to our event locations to help with promotions and special events.
* Help brainstorm new experiences, promotions, and creative ideas.
* Pitch in with event setup and occasionally lift or move supplies when needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✨ Loves people and animals
✨ Is creative, energetic, and full of ideas.
✨ Is comfortable with technology and enjoys learning new AI tools.
✨ Knows Canva or other design software. Or can quickly learn them!
✨ Has experience with social media, digital marketing, or advertising.
✨ Enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid to make cold calls.
✨ Can work independently and take initiative.
✨ Has access to a reliable vehicle (SUV or hatchback preferred) for occasional picking up event materials when needed.
✨ Has a home office with reliable internet.
The Details:
* **Start: ASAP as early as Monday or Tuesday of this coming week
* **Hours:** Approximately 20 hours per week
* **Pay:** $22 to 25 per hour
* **Weekly pay**
* **Performance bonuses and sponsorship commissions**
* Mostly remote with occasional travel to event locations every other week for 1–2 days.
* Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend work during events.
