Pay: $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus shift differential.

Continental Controls Corporation (CCC) is a leading manufacturer of fuel control and emissions control systems for industrial natural gas engines and turbines. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our second-shift manufacturing team.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding for efficient machining.
Perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Maintain close tolerances and produce high-quality precision components.
Make tool offsets and minor program edits to optimize production.
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with engineering and quality personnel to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers and lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of GD&T.
Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
Experience maintaining tight tolerances.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience machining stainless steel, aluminum, and other engineering materials.
Experience with Haas CNC equipment.
Basic CNC programming and editing experience.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
