**Bender Ready Mix** is hiring **Experienced Ready Mix Concrete Mixer Drivers** for **all of our locations:**
* Santa Ana
* Santa Fe Springs
* Corona

Requirements
* Minimum **2+ years of Ready Mix Concrete driving experience** (Required)
* **We DO NOT train.** Experienced drivers only.
* Valid Class A or Class B CDL
* Current Medical Certificate
* **Clean DMV driving record (NO points)**
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Must be available to work **Saturdays and occasional nights**
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
* Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
* Safely operate a Ready Mix Concrete Mixer Truck.
* Deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, and public works job sites.
* Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete all required paperwork.
* Safely load concrete at the batch plant and transport it while maintaining product quality.
* Operate mixer controls to properly discharge concrete at customer job sites.
* Communicate professionally with dispatch, batch plant personnel, customers, and contractors.
* Wash down and clean the truck after each load and at the end of each shift.
* Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
* Report mechanical issues, accidents, and safety concerns immediately.
* Provide excellent customer service while representing Bender Ready Mix.
