NOW HIRING – CEMENT POWDER TRAIN DRIVER

**Bender Ready Mix** is hiring an ** Cement Powder Train Driver** to haul bulk cement powder from cement plants throughout Southern California to our Ready Mix locations.

This is a full-time position for a professional driver who is dependable, safety-minded, and takes pride in their work.

Requirements

* **Minimum 2+ years of tractor-trailer driving experience (Required)**
* **Bulk cement powder (pneumatic trailer/powdertrain) experience
* Valid Class A CDL
* Current Medical Certificate
* **Clean DMV driving record (NO points or Accidents our insurance is very strict)**
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Must be available to work **Saturdays and nights/Early Mornings**
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
* Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently
* Strong work ethic with attention to detail

Job Duties

* Safely operate a tractor with pneumatic cement powder trailers (train configuration).
* Haul bulk cement powder from cement plants throughout Southern California to Bender Ready Mix locations.
* Load bulk cement powder at cement plants following all plant safety procedures.
* Safely unload cement powder into storage silos using the pneumatic air system.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete all required DOT paperwork.
* Monitor air pressure, hoses, valves, and unloading equipment to ensure safe operation.
* Inspect trailers, airlines, fittings, and connections before every trip.
* Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers.
* Report equipment issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
* Maintain a clean truck and trailers.
* Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
* Represent Bender Ready Mix professionally at all customer and supplier locations.
