IT / Network Administrator | Global Retail/Apparel Brand | Onsite - Los Angeles
Stable10 are partnering with an internationally recognised consumer brand undergoing a significant global technology transformation. As the business continues to expand its retail footprint, they're looking for a hands-on Network Administrator to take ownership of the stability, performance, and security of their corporate and retail technology environments.
This is an opportunity to become the go-to networking and infrastructure specialist within a lean, high-performing technology team. You'll work across corporate offices and retail locations, helping build scalable operational processes while supporting the continued growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the day-to-day administration, support, and optimisation of the company's networking and IT infrastructure, including:
- Managing routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless networks, and corporate connectivity.
- Supporting retail technology including POS, store networking, security cameras, and in-store infrastructure.
- Coordinating new store technology deployments alongside contractors and vendors.
- Troubleshooting network, infrastructure, and end-user issues across multiple locations.
- Managing laptop deployments, endpoint administration, onboarding, offboarding, and user access.
- Administering Google Workspace, collaboration platforms, and core SaaS applications.
- Helping build and improve IT operational processes including ticketing, documentation, asset management, and inventory tracking.
- Working closely with technology leadership to improve security, scalability, and operational maturity across the business.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying close to the technology rather than managing large teams.
You'll likely bring:
- 3+ years' experience within Network Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VLANs.
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, or similar networking technologies.
- Experience supporting multiple offices, retail stores, warehouses, or distributed environments.
- Exposure to MDM platforms such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Google Workspace, user administration, and endpoint management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, infrastructure, and end-user technology.
- Experience supporting POS environments, retail technology, or new site deployments is highly desirable.
