I am receiving a lot of texts and emails about this. If you only send your resume I do not have time to read. Please send me a message why you would be great for the job.
No previous management experience is required—we'll teach you. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and pride in producing exceptional work. We need someone strong enough to help lift a 100 pound door. You have to be kind to other people who have duties in our shop and humble and kind when dealing with customers. The ultimate goal is finding someone who can take over the running of the shop but for now we will train every step of the way. For the right person you could have the job a long time. We have had our door business about 14 years.
We have carpenters and two shops and they make custom doors. You are not there to make doors but to help in the day to day details of the shop.
I prefer you text why you would be a good fit or email ronanneke@hotmail.com
