The Role:
This is truly an "everything" position on our production crew, and you will be the last person to touch an order before it goes out the door. A massive amount of care goes into our stickers, and you will be responsible for producing them while paying fierce attention to quality control.
What you’ll do daily:
Production & Operation: Handle the printing, laminating, and cutting of stickers. (No experience? No problem! We are happy to train you on operating our machinery).
Quality Control: Ensure print quality, vibrant colors, and exact cuts meet or exceed what the customer is expecting.
Logistics & Shipping: Pull, package, and ship out orders, stuff promotional flyers/mailers, and keep things moving.
Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and safe workspace for our team and visitors.
Whatever else comes up—we all pitch in!
Who You Are & Must-Have Qualifications:
Making our customers happy and maintaining great workplace vibes is our priority, so an awesome attitude is a must. Because this is a production environment, you MUST meet the following criteria:
Detail-Oriented & Meticulous: You are fast but never compromise on quality. Note: There will be time tests. If you aren't fast and meticulous, you will not last in this job.
Thrive in Routine: You can quickly perform highly repetitive, transactional daily tasks with high energy.
Physical Capability: You can comfortably stand and move on your feet for 8 to 10 hours and repeatedly lift up to 45–50 lbs throughout a shift (vinyl rolls are heavy!).
Tech & Design Savvy: Light/basic computer skills are required. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred. Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a huge plus.
Excellent Communicator: Hard-working, eager to learn, and able to clearly communicate the status of multiple concurrent projects.
