Position Overview
SGF Global is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a leading organization in the healthcare and aesthetics industry. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming complex business requirements into actionable insights through analytics, reporting, and data architecture.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, business intelligence tools, cloud data platforms, and data governance while working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements while collaborating with vendors and implementation teams.
- Evaluate current business processes and data infrastructure to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Lead software enhancement initiatives and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Design and develop automated dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support operational improvements and product adoption.
- Support data modeling, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and managing large datasets.
- Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Knowledge of Lakehouse Architecture and modern data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
- Additional experience with enterprise reporting tools or cloud analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance best practices and business process optimization.
