About the Position:
Clean Earth Restorations is expanding our in-house plumbing department and is seeking an experienced, reliable plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and professional service. This role focuses on commercial and multi-family properties, providing consistent, year-round work.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and represent the company professionally in the field.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional emergency or after-hours calls as needed)
Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations on commercial and multi-family properties
• Diagnose issues accurately and recommend effective, long-term solutions
• Respond to scheduled work orders and emergency service calls
• Communicate clearly with property managers and internal teams
• Complete detailed job documentation including photos, detailed notes and materials used
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Experience working on commercial or multi-unit residential systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Ability to maintain quality and efficiency without supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in restoration or mitigation environments
• Experience using Dash for job management and documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
