We're a plaintiff-side employment law firm (we also handle personal injury, civil litigation, and administrative law) looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join the team. 1–5 years of experience is preferred, but we care more about fit and skill than a strict number.
What you'll be doing (with attorney supervision):
• Handling client intakes and staying on top of ongoing communication
• Drafting demand letters for our legal matters
• Putting together discovery responses and propounding discovery
• Jumping in on law and motion work
• Helping keep cases moving across employment, PI, civil, and administrative matters
• This is an in-office position
What we're hoping you bring:
• 1–5 years as a litigation paralegal (California litigation experience is a big plus)
• Strong writing and analytic skills
• The ability to juggle a full caseload and work well in a team setting
• Good judgment and a professional touch with clients
• Bonus points if you know your way around CCP discovery rules
What you'll get:
• A casual, no-stuffy-suits office where people actually like each other
• A fast-paced practice with real, substantive work (not just paper-pushing)
• Pay that matches your experience
