Starting Pay
$22.00/hour
*90-Day Performance Review*

Weekly Schedule
*Approximately 32-37 hours per week*
* Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
* Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Paid every Monday through direct deposit
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Thursday, Fridays, & Saturdays
About the Position
This is not a traditional restaurant line cook position.
Pure Meal Prep prepares anywhere from 4,000–5,000 chef-crafted meals each week, so we're looking for an experienced cook who thrives in a high-volume production kitchen and can produce consistent, high-quality meals every day.
-Required Experience
* Minimum 4+ years of high-volume catering kitchen experience OR 5+ years of restaurant line cook experience*
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
Ideal Skills
We're looking for someone with experience in:
* Cooking large batches of proteins on grills while consistently achieving proper internal temperatures
* High-volume flat-top and sauté cooking
* Roasting and baking vegetables in commercial ovens
* Preparing large batches of sauces, marinades, and seasonings according to standardized recipes
* Maintaining consistency across hundreds of portions
* Following recipes with precision
* Working efficiently in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
* Following food safety, and sanitation procedures
* Working as part of a strong, team-oriented kitchen
