Kaminskiy Care and Repair is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing field sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants reliable hourly pay, and is excited about earning additional bonuses and commissions based on performance.
We are an established San Diego home services company with a trusted local reputation and more than 20 years in business. You won't be walking random neighborhoods without support. You'll be working in areas where our crews are already active, introducing homeowners to handyman, repair, and home improvement services they may already need.

What You'll Do
• Go door-to-door in assigned San Diego neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to Kaminskiy Care and Repair's services
• Start friendly conversations and identify homeowners with repair or remodeling needs
• Schedule free estimates for qualified homeowners
• Record leads and customer interactions accurately
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the field
What We're Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Sales, customer service, canvassing, or marketing experience is a plus—but not required
• Ability to walk several miles throughout the day
