What You'll Do
Recruit, train, and develop canvassing representatives
Lead daily team meetings and motivate staff to exceed goals
Create and implement neighborhood marketing strategies
Track team performance and appointment production
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching sessions
Ensure quality leads and appointments are generated consistently
Maintain a positive, high-energy culture focused on growth and accountability
Work closely with sales and management teams to achieve company objectives
What We're Looking For
