Madison Air Inc. is a growing mechanical contractor looking to hire much needed help.
Core Responsibilities
Receive incoming service calls, emails, and customer requests.
Schedule service technicians for repairs, diagnostics, and emergency calls.
Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) visits.
Reschedule calls as needed and keep customers informed.
Monitor technician schedules and dispatch efficiently.
Create work orders and enter information into BuildOps CRM.
Review technician findings and communicate results to customers.
Track maintenance agreements and renewal dates.
Coordinate parts ordering and equipment availability.
Maintain customer records and service history.
Assist with warranty claims and manufacturer paperwork.
Monitor service department KPIs such as response times, callbacks, and maintenance completion rates.
Skills Needed
Strong customer service and communication skills
Scheduling and dispatching experience
Organization and multitasking ability
Experience with service software (BuildOps, ServiceTitan, etc.)
Basic understanding of invoicing and job costing

Pay is $ 26.00 to $28.00 per hour to start, but if you have experience with BuildOps pay is BOE.
