Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT (Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area). This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional programs that support product development, operations, and customer experience initiatives. You will be a key execution partner to Category Managers and broader product team. You will own the detailed planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of projects and initiatives within the category. This role is ideal for a highly organized, process-driven executor who thrives on cultivating relationships, removing friction, simplifying, keeping complex projects on track, and ensuring consistent, on-time delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program goals, creating timelines, managing budgets, and tracking progress against key milestones. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the cross-functional team to align priorities, resolve risks, and ensure successful delivery. The role also involves reporting on program outcomes, refining processes for greater efficiency, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Own the end-to-end project schedules, timelines, and resource plans for all active initiatives in the category.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies in the central project tracker.
- Break down high-level requirements from Category Managers into actionable tasks with clear owners and deadlines.
Execution & Task Management
- Act as the primary “Task Master” — proactively track progress, follow up on deliverables, and drive accountability across teams.
- Coordinate daily/weekly activities across engineering, manufacturing, industrial design, sourcing, marketing, and other functions.
- Facilitate weekly project syncs and ensure all blockers are surfaced and resolved quickly.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central point of communication and organization for project-related activities.
- Work closely with the Category Manager to align on priorities and escalate risks early.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and collaboration between teams.
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Drive projects from kickoff through launch and post-launch support.
- Conduct post-project retrospectives and implement process improvements to increase speed and efficiency over time. Goal is enough structure to be efficient, but no more.
- Maintain high visibility on project status for Category Managers and leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong program and project management skills, including task tracking, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, set measurable goals, and use metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates and influence decisions at different levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar) and standard Microsoft Office productivity software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to organizing complex work.
- Comfort working on-site, engaging directly with teams, and building strong relationships across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or health and wellness industries is beneficial.

This role reports to the VP of Product & Program Management and is a critical team member on a growing product team, enabling execution excellence across Chirp’s expanding product portfolio.
