Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter - 247056
Location: Roanoke, VA (Preferred), Corpus Christi, TX, Abilene, TX, Shreveport, LA, Fort Wayne, IN; Columbus, OH; Tulsa, OK
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday (effective September 14, 2026)
Training: Remote during the first month only, beginning the week of August 10, 2026
Residency Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.
W2 Rate - $40-48/hr depending on experience
NOTE: This is on the corporate side
Required Experience (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer → onboarding)
- Experience hiring professional and management-level exempt roles
- At least 3+ years of experience using:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Online recruiting / internet sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage recruiting processes end-to-end
- Handle multiple requisitions in an assigned territory
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent experience accepted
Experience with:
- Resume screening and candidate interviews (phone/in-person)
- Reference and background checks
- Extending offers and managing offer process
- Exposure to compliance and HR processes, including:
- Employment law / EEOC / affirmative action compliance
- Applicant tracking and resume retention policies
- Onboarding and new hire coordination
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners
