About The Department
The Performance Creative Department is responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing the advertising creative that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth across our paid marketing channels.
We develop the concepts, write the scripts, source creators, produce content, edit hundreds of video assets, analyze performance, and continuously iterate on our creative based on real customer data.
Every week, our team manages dozens of active projects across creators, editors, copywriters, strategists, and production while launching new creative across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. We move quickly, test relentlessly, and operate with a shared goal of creating advertising that doesn't just look great, but drives measurable business growth.
As our Performance Creative Project Manager, you'll sit at the center of that process. You'll work alongside strategists, creators, editors, and leadership to ensure projects stay organized, communication stays clear, and every campaign moves efficiently from concept to launch.
The Opportunity:
As our Performance Creative Manager, you'll play a critical role in keeping the Performance Creative department organized, aligned, and operating efficiently.
Your primary responsibility is keeping our creative pipeline moving. From assigning projects and tracking deadlines, to maintaining office operations and ensuring every launch stays on schedule, you'll create the structure that allows our creative team to do their best work.
This role is first and foremost a project management position, but because you'll be supporting a creative department, you should also have a strong understanding of content production, social media, and performance creative. You don't need to own creative strategy, but you should understand the language, workflows, and production standards well enough to confidently manage projects, facilitate approvals, communicate with creators and editors, and recognize when work is ready for the next stage.
You'll also step in on camera for internal content, creator examples, product demonstrations, marketing assets, and even travel when needed.
This is a high-intensity, collaborative environment where priorities change quickly. Success in this role comes from staying organized, anticipating problems before they happen, and helping everyone around you execute at a high level.
